Hi! I am Saransh Gupta. I am a 5th-year (final year) undergraduate student at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. I am interested in Application of Machine Learning and Deep Learning espicially in Finance, Genomics and public utility. I have also expirience working with Virtual Reality, AI and Computer Vision.
I am currently working as a Data Science Associate-Intern at ZS Associates PVT. LTD since January 4th, 2021.
Between January, 2020 and November 2020, I have collaborated with Prof. Kenji Mizuguchi and Mr. Lokesh P. Tripathi on prediction of Non-small cell lung cancer with Machine Learning and identifying the key factors/genes which are mainly responsible for this type of cancer along with the potential drug targets for the disease.

- 4th Jan, 2021 Started working at ZS Associated PVT LTD. as a Data Science Associate-Intern.
- Recieved the internship offer from ZS Associates through the Career Development Center, IIT Kharagpur for the duration of 6 months starting from January, 2021.
- Awarded as "The Intern of The month, July 2020" by Mr. Ashwin SRIVASTAVA for my contribution in building the Indian National Super model for COVID-19 prediction and serve the Humanity.
- Completed my Collaboration with Sapio Analytics PVT LTD as a lead Data Analyst Intern after successfully deploying prediction model into the DSS, Now the model is being used by The Govt. of Telangana & West Bengal to take decisions of their state.
- Completed my Collaboration with Mr. Sanjiv Sharma as a Deep Learning and Computer-Vision Intern on Point-Correspondence and Style Transfer at Swaayatt Robots | June/2020.
- Recently Completed my Deep Learning Specialization by Dr. Andrew ng | deeplearning.ai via coursera on 19/06/2020.

- Started my collaboration with Sapio analytics to use AI to combat with COVID-19 and help The Govt. Of India to take decisions.
- April 2020: Started my journey as a Deep Learning & Computer Vision Research Intern with Swaayatt Robots.
- March 2020: Received offer from ISTAustria for the Summer Internship (ISternship) which was also cancelled due to the COVID-19.
- March 2020: Offer from CENTURI was revoked due to the Global Pandemic COVID-19.
- March 2020: Invited to attend a Global conference on Data Analytics organized by Kaggle at Dubai World Trade Centre.
- February 2020: Accepted the Summer Internship offer from Turing CENTRE for Living Systems, Marseille, France (CENTURI) for the duration of May 2020 to July 2020!
- Januray 2020: Started my first remote collaboration in Bioinformatics and Genomics with Prof. Kenji Mizuguchi and Prof. Tripathi
